1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process

Include photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged.
Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
